  • January 2014:  11 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $430,600. vs an average list price of $448,955. with an average 81 DOM
  • January 2013:  20 single family home sold with an average sale price of $359,575. vs an average list price of $392,240. with an average 130 DOM
  • There are currently 49 homes under contract with an average list price of $594,184. with an average 87 DOM.
  • There are currently 98 homes available with an average list price of $825,677. with an average 135 DOM.


Colts Neck: *Closed Sales for the month of January:

  • January 2014: 12 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $855,350. vs an average list price of $913,483. with an average 87 DOM
  • January 2013: 8 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $989,156. vs an average list price of $1,103,350. with an average 91 DOM
  • There are currently 19 homes under contract with an average list price of $1,084,347. with an average 105 DOM.
  • There are currently 79 homes available with an average list price of $2,278,096 with an average 148 DOM.

 

  • Marlboro: 11 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 20 homes in 2013 YTD
  • Colts Neck: 12 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 8 homes in 2013 YTD
  • Monmouth County: 257 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 273 homes in 2013 YTD
