Marlboro: *Closed Sales for the month of December: 

  • December 2013:  14 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $632,091. vs an average list price of $663,041. with an average 69 DOM
  • December 2012:  29 single family home sold with an average sale price of $582,164. vs an average list price of $595,467. with an average 87 DOM
  • There are currently 54 homes under contract with an average list price of $552,157. with an average 98 DOM.
  • There are currently 91 homes available with an average list price of $845,677. with an average 135 DOM.


Colts Neck: *Closed Sales for the month of December:

  • December 2013: 8 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $985,000. vs an average list price of $1,052,850. with an average 174 DOM
  • December 2012: 8 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $790,938. vs an average list price of $858,738. with an average 111 DOM
  • There are currently 23 homes under contract with an average list price of $860,639. with an average 96 DOM.
  • There are currently 83 homes available with an average list price of $2,332,398 with an average 147 DOM.

 

  • Marlboro: 340 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 317 homes in 2012 YTD
  • Colts Neck: 124 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 87 homes in 2012 YTD
  • Monmouth County: 5,184 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 4,601 homes in 2012 YTD
