  • January 2014:  6 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $574,908. vs an average list price of $575,983. with an average 81 DOM
  • January 2013:  9 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $676,722. vs an average list price of $691,756. with an average 95 DOM
  • There are currently 29 homes under contract with an average list price of $773,879 with an average 90 DOM.
  • There are currently 88 homes available with an average list price of $983,001. with an average 152 DOM.

Hazlet: *Closed Sales for the month of January:

  • January 2014: 11 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $283,136. vs an average list price of $298,327. with an average 124 DOM
  • January 2013: 12 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $278,450. vs an average list price of $294,525. with an average 114 DOM
  • There are currently 25 homes under contract with an average list price of $319,468. with an average 96 DOM.
  • There are currently 59 homes available with an average list price of $299,064 with an average 131 DOM.
 
  • Holmdel: 6 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 9 homes in 2013 YTD
  • Hazlet: 11 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 12 homes in 2013 YTD
  • Monmouth County: 257 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 273 homes in 2013 YTD
