  • March 2014:  6 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $790,775. vs an average list price of $811,133. with an average 43 DOM
  • March 2013:  7 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $871,214. vs an average list price of $970,971. with an average 85 DOM
  • There are currently 34 homes under contract with an average list price of $841,412 with an average 100 DOM.
  • There are currently 109 homes available with an average list price of $980,770. with an average 111 DOM.

Hazlet: *Closed Sales for the month of March:

  • March 2014: 10 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $263,900. vs an average list price of $275,370. with an average 73 DOM
  • March 2013: 17 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $309,388. vs an average list price of $322,147. with an average 40 DOM
  • There are currently 34 homes under contract with an average list price of $301,894. with an average 78 DOM.
  • There are currently 73 homes available with an average list price of $318,923 with an average 103 DOM.

 

  • Holmdel: 21 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 22 homes in 2013 YTD
  • Hazlet: 28 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 37 homes in 2013 YTD
  • Monmouth County: 817 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 839 homes in 2013 YTD
