Marlboro: *Closed Sales for the month of February: 

  • February 2014:  14 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $475,835. vs an average list price of $488,271. with an average 54 DOM
  • February 2013:  11 single family home sold with an average sale price of $556,727. vs an average list price of $605,518. with an average 110 DOM
  • There are currently 50 homes under contract with an average list price of $669,712. with an average 114 DOM.
  • There are currently 120 homes available with an average list price of $816,188. with an average 110 DOM.


Colts Neck: *Closed Sales for the month of February:

  • February 2014: 6 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $553,700. vs an average list price of $598,650. with an average 127 DOM
  • February 2013: 4 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $609,875. vs an average list price of $643,325. with an average 109 DOM
  • There are currently 18 homes under contract with an average list price of $1,131,611. with an average 148 DOM.
  • There are currently 81 homes available with an average list price of $2,172,547 with an average 135 DOM.

 

  • Marlboro: 25 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 31 homes in 2013 YTD
  • Colts Neck: 18 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 12 homes in 2013 YTD
  • Monmouth County: 523 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 519 homes in 2013 YTD
