  • November 2012:  25 single family home sold with an average sale price of $529,340. vs an average list price of $552,844. with an average 71 DOM
  • There are currently 19 homes under contract with an average list price of $878,657. with an average 106 DOM.
  • There are currently 114 homes available with an average list price of $811,576. with an average 134 DOM.


Colts Neck: *Closed Sales for the month of November:

  • November 2013: 3 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $972,500. vs an average list price of $1,021,000. with an average 84 DOM
  • November 2012: 8 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $1,171,625. vs an average list price of $1,291,375. with an average 86 DOM
  • There are currently 26 homes under contract with an average list price of $1,056,792. with an average 123 DOM.
  • There are currently 91 homes available with an average list price of $2,250,424 with an average 146 DOM.

 

  • Marlboro: 324 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 285 homes in 2012 YTD
  • Colts Neck: 116 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 79 homes in 2012 YTD
  • Monmouth County: 4,793 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 4,208 homes in 2012 YTD
